19:00 – Meeting called to order, Det. Commandant David Foy. Colors salute and Pledge of Allegiance, followed by Marines Hymn led by Sgt-at-Arms Fred Brooks. Chaplin Kevin Hynes provided the opening prayer and a blessing. Acting Adjutant made staff roll-call and determined “All present” (minus the Pay-Master) with 19 total members in attendance.

New members were recognized and welcomed (4 in attendance): Bubba “Doc” Evans (new old member) , Bruce Haygood (0331 , 3d Bn 2nd Marines) & Tonya (Dancing with the Stars), Fred England (3002, retired in 1990’s)

Back The Brock flyers and promotional materials. www.BackTheBrock.today Prayer requests were solicited by Chaplain, including remembrance for deceased members & family, several currently battling illness (Beep’s hubby, Chief Brock, Johnny Baker’s former wife passed, Fred’s brother Mike in SC, 5 Marines that perished in CH-53K mishap on West Coast, 2 Navy SEALs MIA/KIA, 3 Georgia Nat’l Guard soldiers that were KIA in Jordan) and members’ families now serving in Armed Forces. Recognition for current active duty family of members: Max Singleton, Chris Foy, Sullivan Brooks, and Sgt S. Maxwell (recruiter selected for SSgt).
